Sabrina Salerno was born on March 15, 1968, in Genoa. She began her career at 15, winning the titles of Miss Lido and Miss Liguria, before becoming a showgirl on Italian television. In 1987, she released her first album, Sabrina, and achieved immense international success with hits like "Boys," "All of Me," and "My Chico."
With over 20 million records sold, Sabrina became a true sex symbol of the 1980s and won the title of "Female Newcomer of the Year" at the 1989 World Music Awards. She continued her career in music, television, and theater, releasing albums in Italian and English and participating in numerous tours throughout Europe.
Over the years, she has collaborated with major producers, made a successful comeback on stage and continues to captivate French audiences with the Stars 80 tour. Sabrina has also been an actress and co-presenter, notably at the 2020 Sanremo Festival, and remains an iconic figure in international pop and dance music.
